We carry a huge selection of stocked barcode labels to choose from, but if you have specific size requirements not offered in the regular catalog, you’ll need to look at a custom label.
Unique Colors, Graphics, Logos
If you have specific colors or graphics preprinted or maybe a company logo or other graphics, it’s going to be a custom label application.
Ultra Tough / Long-Lasting
For difficult environmental challenges and requirements such as extreme temperatures, chemical / moisture exposure or frequent abrasion, custom labels are worth exploring.

Some of these details include your label width, height and how many you might need. What printer model are you using? Any colors or Pre-printing?

Not necessarily. Custom barcode label pricing is volume dependent. The more you order, the less costly per label. If you only need 100 labels, it probably doesn’t make sense to consider a custom label because of job minimums. If you use 50-100 labels per day or more, it certainly makes sense to look at custom label pricing. We have several means to get pricing dialed in to meet your budgetary needs.

What is the production time for Custom Barcode Labels?

Turnaround times for custom labels depend primarily on the label material selected for your job. Highly specialized materials will have a longer lead time than more common direct thermal and thermal transfer paper materials that are always on hand. On average, production lead times run approximately 15 business days from the signing of the proof. In many cases, we can improve on this, but always recommend budgeting plenty of time to allow for production.
